How can I add new products?
As Hipopotamya, we produce E-PIN codes. You need to make a website integration to be able to check the Hipocard API collection amount.
How do I get paid?
When your balance is 100TL and above, you can create a payment request via the reseller panel. You can only withdraw to bank accounts registered in your name. Payment delivery terms may vary depending on bank/payment channel opening hours on public holidays and weekends, and the daily withdrawal limit is 250.000 TL.
How do I receive my invoice?
For the month you withdraw your confirmed balance to your bank account, an e-invoice is created in your name including the service fee amount. You can access your invoices via the reseller panel and your email.
Overseas Payments
For foreign sales, only foreign currency payments are currently received as TL indexed. You can only make your payment requests in TL.
