Return - Cancellation Terms
If the product you wish to purchase is out of stock, you can get a refund of the balance you have deposited in your site account via the payment channel you used while loading the balance. For example, if you loaded the balance via EFT/transfer, the refund will be sent to your bank account. Refunds for balance loading transactions made with a credit card are returned to the credit card. However, payments made via mobile payment cannot be refunded in any way.
Products purchased from our site and Steam gift products fall under the category of digital content, so refunds or returns are not possible.

Cancellation and Return Terms
As stated in the Hipopotamya User Agreement, returns for used products, single-use products, copyable games, software, products and programs delivered digitally are not accepted. For other return requests, if you wish to return the product you ordered after receiving it for any reason, the steps to follow and what you need to know are as follows:
If the product you purchased is defective and the problem is due to the company, the responsibility belongs to our company. In the specified case, the product will be returned or exchanged after necessary inspections.
Before approving your return, the product will be reviewed by our "return unit." Products deemed defective will be tested when necessary, and return approval will be granted based on the decision made here.
Misrepresented Products:
If there is incorrect or incomplete information provided by Hipopotamya about the product purchased by the user, Hipopotamya unconditionally accepts the return of the product, provides a refund, or delivers the desired product. Any price differences that may arise are covered by Hipopotamya. However, if sufficient and correct information is provided to the user, the wrong product purchased cannot be returned as it is considered personalized, and Hipopotamya accepts no responsibility. Used products, activated codes, and delivered game currencies are not accepted. The customer is responsible for returning the product in the condition it was received and for covering the commercial loss caused by its use.
Products Not Covered by Returns:
Oyun lansmanı, yılbaşı indirimi, dönemsel kampanyalar gibi belirli günlere yönelik müşteriye özel olarak hazırlanan, satışa sunulan ve/veya ithal edilen ürünlerde, tüketicinin istekleri ve onun kişisel ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda hazırlanan, niteliği itibariyle iadesi gerçekleştirilemeyen ve son kullanma tarihi geçme ihtimali olan malların, ön sipariş olarak satın alınan, kampanya/promosyon ürünlerinde ürünün iadesi alınamamaktadır.
