User Agreement

This agreement contains the necessary rules for benefiting from the services on our site.

**BY REGISTERING ON OUR SITE, YOU DECLARE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THE USER AGREEMENT AND ITS PROVISIONS.

1. Parties

This membership agreement has been concluded between HIPOPOTAMYA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED COMPANY ('HIPOPOTAMYA'), headquartered at SARAYKENT MAH. AKCAY SK. NO:28/9 ANTAKYA / HATAY, and the member ('Member'), who accesses the website/mobile website/mobile application ('Site'), owned or authorized by HIPOPOTAMYA, under the following conditions.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The member shall use the site in compliance with all legal regulations, ethical rules, and the written terms specified in all policies and texts on the site, in accordance with the purpose of the site.

2.2. The member declares that the personal information provided on the site and updated in the My Account section is accurate, up-to-date, and belongs to them; otherwise, all administrative, legal, and criminal liability belongs to the member. The member is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their personal information, including username and password.

2.3. In the event of a dispute regarding the ownership of membership rights and obligations, the last person who made a payment to HIPOPOTAMYA for a service using the relevant membership account will be deemed the owner of the membership account.

2.4. Membership is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If the member provides misleading information regarding this, all legal, criminal, administrative, and financial liability will belong to the member. Additionally, individuals whose memberships were previously terminated, suspended, or completely restricted from accessing the site cannot become members.

2.5. Legal entities can only become members through their legal representatives. If membership or subsequent transactions are carried out without authorization, the unauthorized person will be personally responsible for their actions. Any damages caused will be solely the responsibility of the unauthorized individual.

2.6. The use of the site or any content for unlawful purposes or in violation of the Agreement is prohibited.

2.7. HIPOPOTAMYA reserves the right to change, update, terminate, or partially/completely restrict the use of the site address, brand, slogan, content, and services at any time. HIPOPOTAMYA also reserves the right to migrate member information if changes or updates are made.

2.8. HIPOPOTAMYA strives to keep the content accurate and up-to-date. However, it is not liable for discrepancies between the provided content and current conditions.

2.9. HIPOPOTAMYA reserves the right to make unilateral amendments to this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon publication of the updated agreement on the site.

2.10. The member is responsible for periodically reviewing the agreement to stay informed of any changes. Continued access to the site despite changes constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

2.11. By becoming a member and/or using the services, the member explicitly consents to the processing and transfer of their personal data domestically and internationally, as specified in the relevant disclosure and consent texts and Privacy Policy.

2.12. All rights related to the content arising from legal regulations are exclusively owned by or licensed to HIPOPOTAMYA.

2.13. The member cannot copy, modify, display on another site, share, disseminate, save, reproduce, process, distribute, market, rent, sell, or make available to third parties the entirety or any part of the site or its content. Violations of these terms will result in the member being solely responsible for any damages incurred.

2.14. The member agrees not to use the content in a manner that will harm the rights

2.15. The member cannot erase or remove any copyright, trademark, or any kind of notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from the site or content; cannot perform the activities specified in Article 2.12.
